Rockstar and Wynwood Walls bring GTA 6 art to Miami, with free entry for locals until 2028

Wynwood Walls has confirmed a partnership with Rockstar Games that gives Miami-Dade County residents free admission to its museum until 2028. The collaboration also brings artwork from Grand Theft Auto VI into an exclusive merchandise collection called The Art of Vice City, now available to pre-order through the museum.

How Miami-Dade residents can use the offer

The museum says residents can create a complimentary digital membership online or at its Welcome Center. A valid photo or student ID showing a Miami-Dade County address is required. The resulting membership card can be added to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet and shown at entry during opening hours. This is a resident benefit, not a blanket declaration that Wynwood Walls is free for all tourists. Anyone organising a visit should check the museum’s current admission instructions and opening hours before travelling.

Artwork from Vice City, with the artists named

Wynwood Walls describes new murals by artists featured in GTA VI and says its merchandise carries original artwork that visitors will also encounter in Vice City. The published selection includes Tristan Eaton’s Leonida T-shirt, Queen Andrea’s We Love Vice City beach towel, AHOL’s Eye Got You hoodie and D*Face’s Hit the Road laptop sleeve. FAILE, 1010 and DENIAL also have named products on the page. These are credited contributions, not anonymous images being presented as generic game branding.

The Art of Vice City is a separate collection

The museum lists clothing and accessories including caps, bottles, notebooks and tote bags. It describes the collection as exclusive to Wynwood Walls and marks the featured products as pre-orders. The Leonida T-shirt pictured here is one of those official product images, not a photograph of a newly installed mural. The collection should not be confused with Rockstar’s separately sold Vice City collector’s box or with an edition of the game itself. Buyers should consult the individual product listings for prices, availability and delivery terms.

A confirmed partnership, not a citywide start date

The useful distinction is between an announced museum programme and the different permissions needed for advertising on public property. Wynwood Walls can confirm its own membership offer and collection; that does not settle the timetable for Miami Beach’s proposed branded chairs and umbrellas. The museum’s wording also does not provide an exact final day for the admission programme in 2028. We are therefore retaining its stated timeframe rather than inventing an expiry date or treating it as evidence that every part of Miami’s GTA VI campaign is active.
